This course gives insights into the most essential qualitative research methods around and teaches how to put them into practice in design work. The course give details about how to plan user research projects and fit them into work processes in a way that maximizes the impact, that the research can have on designs. On top of that, the course provides practice with different methods that will help to analyze the results of research and communicate the findings to clients and stakeholders.
